Advisor. Operator. Principal.

Clearcove is an independent firm that combines capital advisory, operational partnership, and principal investing across real assets and specialty credit. The insights gained from each discipline strengthen the others.

Two Complementary Pillars

Capital Markets Advisory

White glove execution across debt placement, refinancing, recapitalizations, syndications, whole loan sales, and balance sheet restructuring.

$2bn+ in transactions across Energy, Digital Infrastructure, Healthcare, Real Estate, Consumer, and Business Services. We work with companies, sponsors, family offices, and community and regional banks on capital structure decisions across the full corporate credit spectrum, from senior secured debt to unitranche, mezzanine, and structured credit.

Built on a foundation that began with some of the earliest Main Street Lending Program originations in 2020, our practice has broadened across sectors and structures, sharpened by the operating and investing perspective our team brings to every engagement.

Asset Management & Operations

A specialty credit and real assets investment platform.

We invest selectively in niche situations across whole loans, specialty credit, structured financings, real assets, and real estate linked credit and equity. These span sectors including energy infrastructure, digital infrastructure, healthcare, housing, and specialty industrials, where idiosyncratic dislocations create durable, asymmetric opportunities.

Clearcove sources opportunities through relationships built over years across borrowers, sponsors, banks, lenders, and operators. Proprietary underwriting then determines which we pursue and where appropriate, operate.

Waves

Our work concentrates in situations where capital is scarce, complexity is higher, and direct knowledge of operators and assets matters most.

Why Clearcove

Most firms see one side of a deal. Sitting across multiple seats as advisor, operator, and investor changes what we notice and where we choose to lean in. We work with management teams, capital providers, and strategic partners who value that perspective.
